The Village of Bedford Walk Visits the MU Art and Design Visual Showcase
Residents of The Village of Bedford Walk took a trip to The University of Missouri on Feb. 1st, 2017 to see the MU Visual Art and Design Showcase in Jesse Hall. Residents spent time admiring the various displays that included photography, graphic designs, paintings and apparel designs.
The Undergraduate Visual Art and Design Showcase is a chance for students at the University of Missouri to submit their expressive art and applied design projects to a review panel for the chance to win awards.
The Village of Bedford Walk has a close relationship with the University of Missouri, and residents are encouraged to take part in the University of Missouri’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute where they can take classes on a variety of engaging topics alongside other adults aged 50 and better.
Residents at The Village of Bedford Walk enjoy group outings like this on a weekly basis; it is a wonderful way to spend time with friends and neighbors while enjoying the many different celebrations of art, culture and entertainment that Columbia, Missouri has to offer.
